RENDERING: VIRTUAL DESIGN WORLD CUP

This series of renderings/animation was developed as promotional materials for the Virtual Design World Cup, an international student BIM + VR design competition. The model was developed in 3DS Max using a mesh resurfacing tool developed by Yoshihiro Kobayashi, PhD.

I10 INTERCHANGE

I10/SR51 Interchange in Phoenix, Arizona – rendered on the left in VRay and on the right in POV-Ray. The model was created using a combination of UC-win/Road and 3D Studio Max.

X-SQUARE DESIGN/BUILD COMPETITION

Final scheme for the X-Square design/build competition at Arizona State University. The project was built in January 2011. See photos of the completed installation HERE.


Winning proposal for the X-Square plaza site. Unfortunately, this had to be scrapped and re-designed due a conflict between competition rules and University safety regulations.
